Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Scope of Services: Our website provides an online platform for booking transfers for persons using various kinds of vehicles, such as cars, minivans, minibuses, midibuses, and buses.
  2. Booking Process:
    a) Booking Confirmation: Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher that contains the details of your transfer service, including instructions on how to meet your driver and where he/she will be waiting for you.
    b) Flight Delays: Flight arrival times are monitored, and our waiting policy for flight delays is as follows:
    i) Flight delays up to 1 hour from the original scheduled flight time are included.
    ii) For flight delays over 1 hour, you must contact us in advance, and we will advise you accordingly. c) Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the agreed pick-up time and receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed pick-up time, our company reserves the right not to make any compensation. For pre-paid bookings, any refunds due to you for cancellations will be made to the card used to make the payment within 7 business days.
  3. Destinations and Transfers:
    a) If your destination is not on our list, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
    b) For transfers from the airport (arrivals), you should provide us with the arrival time as shown on your flight tickets, without modifying it.
    c) For transfers to the airport (departures), please provide the pick-up time for your transfer, taking into account the transfer time and allowing 2 hours at the airport before your flight.
    d) Baggage Policy: Each passenger may carry one piece of baggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg (maximum combined size of 158cm). Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. For 3/4 passengers with big suitcases and/or a baby buggy, please book the minivan. In the event of additional vehicles being required to transport any excess of undeclared luggage, the passenger will be held responsible for covering any additional costs.
  4. Driver and Transportation:
    a) We will assign a driver and vehicle based on your booking requirements.
    b) The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes after your flight has landed. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, please call us to ensure that your driver will wait.
    c) We cater for baby or booster seats free of charge. When booking, you have the option to select how many you will need. You must tell us if minors are included on your service booking request. If you want to bring your own seats, please let us know you will be doing so.
  5. Privacy Policy:
    a) We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with GDPR. We collect and process your personal data only for the purpose of providing you with our services.
    b) We will not disclose your personal data to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
  • Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Consumption of food is not allowed in the vehicle.
  • The Passport or ID number is a mandatory part of the contract according to the applicable law.
  • In special cases, Exit Travel EE preserves the right to send a different vehicle from the one stated in the voucher. However, we are always obliged to be on time and at the predetermined meeting point in order to transfer our customers to their destination.
  • Exit Travel EE preserves the right to delay in the scheduled appointment up to 15 minutes, without any further notice.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Greek legislation in those matters that are not expressly established. In reference to the products and services that are subject to these Conditions, the Provider and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise in such matters, to the Courts pertaining to the domicile of the Provider (if it is a legal entity) or the User (if it is a natural person).

In the event that the User has its domicile outside of Greece, the Provider and the User expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts of the city of Thessaloniki (Greece).

Exit Travel EE, as the responsible entity for the website, presents this document to its Users, which governs the use of the website www.exitbus.gr. The Company aims to comply with the obligations set forth in the Law 34/2002 for Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSICE or LSSI), and to inform all Users of the terms and conditions of use of the website.

Through the website, Exit Travel EE provides Users with access to various services and content available on the web. Exit Travel EE shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from third-party information published on our website. Although we have revised and tested our website for proper functioning, there may be instances where programming errors, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances could impede access to the website. We do not guarantee the availability, maintenance, and effective operation of the website or its services and content, nor the existence of viruses, malicious programs, or harmful content. PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
