Do you hold licenses for travel abroad?Yes. Our fleet holds the required international transport licences (Interbus) and comprehensive insurance for travel throughout Europe, the Balkans and Turkey. |
Who covers the driver’s accommodation and meals?In our standard B2B net rates, driver accommodation and half board are covered by the organising agency. All-inclusive quotes are available on request. |
Are tolls and parking fees included?Motorway tolls are normally included in the quote. City checkpoints, ferries and private parking at attractions are covered by the agency. |
What happens in case of a breakdown during a tour?We maintain a network of heavy-vehicle roadside assistance and partner coach operators across Greece and Europe for immediate replacement, so the itinerary continues without disruption. |
Do you offer meet & greet at the airport or port?Yes, as an optional service: our driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign carrying your agency’s logo. Quoted separately on request. |
Can you carry special equipment (bicycles, bulky luggage)?Yes. Our coaches have large luggage compartments, and for specialised equipment we can attach a certified enclosed luggage trailer with prior notice. |
Do you invoice foreign agencies (EU and non-EU)?Yes. We provide full documentation and invoicing to VIES-registered EU companies under European invoicing rules, as well as to agencies in third countries. |
What is your cancellation policy?For B2B partners we apply a flexible cancellation policy, stated clearly in every official quote and protecting both parties in case of force majeure. |
