Trips and transfers: 50% on confirmation, the balance up to 3 days before travel. Staff transport: you pay only for the days the route runs. Bank transfer or card.

The day before, the driver’s name and phone and the meeting point. On the day, a live tracking link. If your flight is late, the driver waits up to 1 hour at no charge.

Vehicle and driver are assigned in our dispatch system before the day, and the driver is notified for every shift.

A link shows where your vehicle is in real time, with no app to install. Our dispatch office sees every vehicle.

EU driving-time rules (Reg. 561/2006) are strictly applied. Very long routes are planned with an overnight stop.

250+ pupils every school day, with seat belts, an escort and GPS on every school route. School trips in full compliance with school-trip legislation.

How much does bus rental in Thessaloniki cost?
It depends on the vehicle, the route and the hours. As a guide, prices per vehicle start from €80 for a 9-seat van, €120 for an 18-seat minibus, €200 for a 30-seat midi bus and €220 for a 50-seat coach. Send us your trip and you get a written quote the same working day.

No. Every vehicle comes with a professional driver.
Which areas do you cover?
From Thessaloniki we cover all of Northern Greece: Halkidiki, Pieria and Mount Olympus, Meteora, Serres and Kavala. We also travel across mainland Greece, to Thassos, Samothrace, Lefkada and Evia, and to the Balkans and the rest of Europe.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible for June to September and for holidays. Last-minute requests are welcome too: call or WhatsApp us.

Yes. Invoices are issued by us, in the name of your company or agency, in Greece or abroad. We accept purchase orders (PO), and regular partners get net rates and credit terms.
